#Bramblewood Thrifted // Patterns

Hello all! I'm joining in with the first day of Bramblewood Fashions' #Bramblewood Thrifted link-up. It's barely Friday any more, but I don't think it matters too much. ;) I had completely forgotten about this event until I saw a post by one of the bloggers I follow - eek! Thankfully, I already had a photo shoot stocked up for this Saturday, and it happened to meet the requirement of being mostly made of up secondhand items!

This outfit is a whimsical yet practical combination of colors and prints. Starting with a floral skirt, I built an outfit that coordinated with its colors. I layered my go-to gray cardigan over a green t-shirt and added gray tights. A handmade necklace added some interest, while a polka dotted scarf gave the outfit a unique flair. My trusty black boots completed the look. Though unintentional, it ended up having a good "winter-to-spring" transition theme.

Outfit Details: T-shirt ~ Thrifted; Cardigan ~ Consignment or Thrifted; Skirt ~ Consignment or Thrifted; Tights ~ Gift; Necklace ~ Gift; Scarf; Gift; Boots~ Sears
