Outfit || Stylin' In the Rain

   Hello dear readers! The season has officially changed today, though winter had already come to the North. Even here on the coast, frost has been covering the ground each morning. Meanwhile, my birthday has now come on gone, with sweet family and friends making it a special day. Christmas festivities continue and fighting illness has become a normal part of my day. Yes...it's December!

   Yesterday was a rainy day, but all the same, it was high time for outfit photos! Happily, umbrellas make for cute accessories on dreary days, especially if one is wearing boots. ;) The base of my rainy day outfit was a purple-red striped dress. I layered a cozy oatmeal sweater over it, which was just right for the weather. To add an extra bit of style, I wore a new bird-pendant necklace that was given to me for my birthday. The winter look not only kept me warm, but had a festive flair for the Christmas party I attended last night.
