Outfit || Professional Red

   Hello there readers! After a time with no inspiration or motivation for blogging (Okay, it was like a week and half ;P) I decided it was time to do something! A free evening and plenty of daylight saving sunshine after work really makes taking photos and writing a post much easier.

The well-timed breeze made it seem as if I used a photo studio fan, when in reality no such effort was made!
   Today's look is simple, classic and less casual than what I wear on an average day. The focal point of the outfit is the bright red short-sleeved jacket. Pairing this statement piece with a straight black skirt created an outfit that was professional without being dull. A black tank and black flats gave the ensemble a sleek continuity.

   So, let me update you a little on my life! Work continues on much as it has been; This week marked a year since becoming an official dealership employee after working for the employment agency for a few months! At church, I am becoming more involved in the children's' ministry, joining the regular rotation of children's church teachers. For the past few months my parents and I have been helping out with youth group as well. Meanwhile, I have been working on redecorating my bedroom with some favorite themes and colors - I hope to share about this in a post once I get the finishing touches ready!

   Now readers, I would be happy to hear about what's new and different in your life! :) If you have anything you care to share, please let me know in a comment below. Have a lovely week!

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

  1. Classy outfit, Paige! I love it. :)

    I just got home, late last night, from a week at church camp. I absolutely love counseling girls at camp. I was nervous about this particular week because I am used to working with young girls but this year I was placed with 7th graders. In the end, however, they turned out to be a true joy and I had a blast! I was also able to counsel a girl who wanted to consecrate her life to the Lord and be willing to do whatever it is that He calls her to do. That was an amazing experience. :D

  3. your red short-sleeve jacket is attractive with your black accents love the flowing hair photos. congratulations on your one year becoming an official dealership employee that is awesome. working with children Ministry sounds so fulfilling and exciting. helping with your parents on a youth group sounds gratifying experience. redecorating room sounds like fun can't wait to see it! I've been teaching students at the Montessori school this summer and I really love coming up with new ways to make learning fun with Hands-On activities not just paper and pencil. I found dice card games for math and dry erase markers with colorful stickers for creative writing time. it's a more relaxed fun way to learn. I hope you have a great weekend. Stephanie
