Sunday Best and All the Rest

   Hi readers! I hope this week finds you well. So far I have been finding that there's never a dull moment on this journey of life. Some moments are good and some are downright unpleasant, but they are all part of the Lord's plan, even when that's hard to see. Speaking of journeys, do you remember waaaaay back to my last post when I mentioned that I went out of town? Well, the time has come to share some photos with you!     Hi everyone, and happy weekend! You folks asked for photos from my trip, and here they are! I wasn't feeling up to continuing my series this week, so it actually worked out quite nicely to have something else to share. Please enjoy the beauties of California. :)

   Good evening, folks! I am returned from a three-day weekend getaway that included photography, fresh air, good eats, shopping and - can you guess? - buying clothes! Of course, the little vacation also had to include some outfit shots. Fashion bloggers are (almost) always ready!

  Greetings friends! As you might have guessed by the title, this post has to do with me going out of town. ;) My parents and I took a two-night trip to a little town by a lake in the forested mountains. We have been visiting this little town for the past several years and enjoy its fresh air, peaceful setting, and surrounding area full of hiking trails. Take a look at some of the scenery, as well as what I wore on our little vacation.

        {This is what I looked like after camp counseling for six days. It's harder than usual to tell I'm a fashion blogger. ;) }    The long lost blogger of Sunday Best has finally returned! Though it's only been just over a week, it seems like an age has passed since I last wrote a post. There was good reason for this absence; I was spending six days at a camp, counseling for a cabin of 6th and 7th grade girls! Yesterday was my recovery day, and today I'm buckling down to get this post out. Okay, I call it "buckling down", but I'm actually enjoying this. ;)

   How do you do, all? :) I am back from what was probably my longest blogging hiatus ever, and it was not even a week and a half. Haha! This break was mostly due to going out of town for five days with my parents and best friend. We had a jam-packed week of shopping, hiking, driving, walking, eating out, hotel rooms and pools. Our busy little vacation was not only fun, but afforded plenty of opportunity for wearing and buying cute clothes! I'll show you a few of the outfits that I styled on our trip. :)

 Hi all! Quite a long time has passed since I last wrote a post. I have a good excuse though; I was on vacation! Last week, my parents and I spent four nights out of town, staying next door to some friends in their guest house in a little town in the woods. Let me share with you a few outfits from my June getaway. :)

   Greetings everyone! :) Today I would like to share with you the reason I only posted once last week - the latter part of my week was spent on a trip out of town! We attended a conference held by a Bible college which features speakers on Creation science and end times, with an emphasis on the inerrant nature of God's word. Not only were we able to enjoy the conference, but also spent time seeing sights outdoors in the warm weather.
