Photography || Consider the Lilies

   Hello, dear readers! How has your summer been? Mine has remained full. One of the things I have enjoyed about this season is time spent outdoors photographing Creation. A month or two ago, I visited the local flower garden and was delighted to have captured the blooms at golden hour! Here are a few shots...

Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; but I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.
Luke 12:27

"for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. For,
All flesh is like grass,
And all its glory like the flower of grass.
The grass withers,
And the flower falls off,
But the word of the Lord endures forever.”
And this is the word which was preached to you."
I Peter 1:23-25

So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth. Now he who plants and he who waters are one; but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor. For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.
I Corinthians 3:7-9

You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
II Peter 3:17-18

  2. Hello, you certainly picked the prettiest flowers to photograph. The Bible verse for each flower adds great meaning to their beauty. Thank you for sharing. My Summer has been very busy as well. Before we no it September will be here. Have a great rest of your week. Stephanie
