Fuschia & Polka Dots

How do you do readers? I am worn out after a day of shopping. Let me tell you, it can be downright discouraging sometimes (like, what exactly is up with stores not carrying size 5-6 shoes?)! Nevertheless, I finally found the things I set out to buy and enjoyed spending time with my mom.

For today's outfit I decided to wear a polka-dot t-shirt that has only been styled once since its purchace. I paired it with a cropped fuchsia cardigan, and I like how the black and white look with the bright jewel tone. A knee-length jean-skirt keeps the outfit casual and cute, while polka dot tights add warmth and pick up on the top's pattern. Black boots were a good idea for this chilly and windy day. Adding sparkle and breaking up the geometric print, I'm wearing a silver chain and pendants.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to
stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:5-11

  3. Cute combo Paige! My four year old nephew would like the color of your sweater--he told me just the other day, "Dia (what he calls me), I like a lot of colors. I even like fuschia!" :)

  4. Not having shoes in those sizes? That is weird. It's not like you aree asking for a size 13 or something! He he. I *love* polka dots. So of course I *love* your post! And, God Bless You Paige!

    1. Ha, right? To their credit, most stores did have 6's (which were usually too big). Thank you so much! <3 :)

  5. I know the frustration! I am always looking for size 7 and 1/2 and I can always find size 7...or size 8. So there are some of my shoes that are a wee bit too big or a little tight. Hehe. :P

I love the outfit! Denim skirts are the best. I am still on the hunt for a knee-length denim skirt. I also like your tights--so cute! :D

  6. Very cute outfit, Paige! I love the cardigan.

I recently went on a camping trip with some girls. It was the first time I'd been out in nature in a very long time. I spent most of my time simply laying on the ground and listening to the birds while watching insects crawl around me. It was very peaceful and serene. God certainly has made a beautiful world filled with wonderful variety :D

  9. Oooh! I love the polka-dots!! And the cardigan adds just the right pop of color! Glad you had a successful shopping trip. I was just shopping for running shoes yesterday. It took me a *long* time to decide which shoes to get...there were two pairs that I really loved, but I was finally able to pick one!
