Wildlife Refuge Walk + Style

   Happy mid-week, my friends! May you stay strong through work, school, and home-keeping! I have a few relaxing photos to share with you, full of shades of blue and green; You can almost smell the clean air! :)

   A couple of weekends ago, my Mom and I took a friend out for a nature walk at a local wildlife refuge. It was a welcome chance to enjoy the outdoors and relish the art of photography. We were by the bay, so the day was a little cool (sadly, I skipped wearing a jacket), but also sunny and bright. The three of us ladies had a fun time breathing the fresh air, listening to the birds, and appreciating each others' company.

     For this outing, I wore a casual and comfortable outfit. I paired flared jeans with a chambray button-up, topping them off with a favorite floral scarf. Purple Converse were my pick of shoes for the Saturday. As you can see, Mom and I both wore bright sneakers that matched our outfits that day; We also were both sporting rolled-up flare jeans! These things aren't planned, folks. ;)

Have you had the chance to enjoy outdoor time lately?
Do you ever match the people you live with?

He sends the springs into the valleys;
They flow among the hills.
 They give drink to every beast of the field;
The wild donkeys quench their thirst.
By them the birds of the heavens have their home;
They sing among the branches.
 He waters the hills from His upper chambers;
The earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works.

  1. Love the photos from your outing! That's pretty neat how well you and your mom matched. Those shoes are awesome! Sometimes my whole family will end up wearing blue (our favorite color).
