Outfit || A New Favorite?

   Hello everyone! I hope all of my U.S. readers have managed to stay safe and dry during this month of storms. Here in the Pacific states, the dark skies have been pouring, but those of us in my area  have remained safe. At times like these, sweaters, blankets, hot chocolate and cuddly little dogs are what's in order!

   Not until after putting this outfit together did I realize that it features the same color scheme as the one I shared last week! I guess the combination of pink and black has unintentionally become a new favorite fashion statement for me. The main black piece in this outfit is a new-to-me black cardigan, while the main pink piece is a short-sleeved sweater that has been previously paired with my tulle skirt. A pretty, loosely tied scarf features both colors. Anchoring the look is my beloved gray A-line skirt. Per usual, black flats were my shoe choice for a day at work.

How I write a page-turning plot. Cat has writers block. http://www.writersfunzone.com/blog/2012/03/28/how-i-write-a-page-turning-plot/:

   Now, my dear readers, I ask if you have any ideas for posts you would like to see. At the moment, I'm running a little dry of inspiration. Part of that reason tonight is that I'm multitasking (which a writer is not supposed to do, but tonight is a worthy exception ;). But in all seriousness, I would be quite happy to hear your ideas! :) Meanwhile, have a beautiful week!

Blessed be my Rock!
Let the God of my salvation be exalted.

  2. Was your writer's block caused by me distracting you? ;P

    What a cute outfit! Black and pink are a classic color combo :) As for new ideas for posts, what do you think of a series or even one post where you wear something you'd NEVER think of wearing? Or try a trend/silhouette. I don't mean something you feel convicted not to :P but a color or an idea that you've always avoided. try it out for one day. something like that :)

  3. Another lovely outfit, Paige--I like how coordinated it is.

    As for post ideas...maybe you could have Copper guest post for you sometime? It might be neat to hear a dachshund's perspective on life with Paige. Just an idea. :D

      Oh, that would be fun! Including you, two people have suggested Copper-themed posts, so I think it would be well-received. ;)

  4. Dear Paige you always look so cute and stylish. It would be nice to have a series on: 1) A day with Copper. 2) You playing the hammer dulcimer. 3) Paige's early years. 4) Use one shirt or skirt and see how many outfits you can make with it. 5) More of your excellent scenery photography. 6) Fun weekend trips. 7) Book series, we could all read and share- like a book club. I hope these ideas might help you. Wishing you a good rest of the week and a great weekend:) Stephanie

  6. You could share your fall favorites, or I know some blogger that share a wish of clothes that they would like to have.
    Or you said you like to draw, you could share some of your art.
    Or give thrifting tips.
    Some ideas :D
