Bramblewood Thrifted // Stormy Day Plaid

   How do you do, folks? It's the third day of Bramblewood Fashion's link-up! Earlier today it was looking like I would have to do a photo shoot indoors; though March is nearly halfway through, it's "in like a lion" this weekend with rain and wind. Thankfully, the rain has held off this afternoon and I got outside for some fashion shots!

   Today's outfit had to be cozy and warm to protect me against the chills of the day. I started out with the black skirt, purple tights, and black boots with a short-sleeved striped cardigan. However, I switched to this plaid sweater jacket before heading to church! It had been featured only once on the blog before, and not in the best of photo shoots, so it ended up being the perfect choice for this gray day.

Outfit Details: Sweater Jacket ~ Consignment; Skirt ~ Thrift or Consignment; Tights ~ Target;
Boots ~ Sears

What's the March weather like in your neck of the woods?

 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is
good both for yourselves and for all.

  1. Hello Paige, you have a cute rainy day outfit. We are also in the rain season. It is good for the daffodils are blooming & the Iris are starting to show their leaves. Getting pretty excited, for Spring is just around the corner! Have enjoyed your Bramblewood thrift post;) Stephanie

  6. The plaid sweater is very nice! It's quite windy here, about 45 degrees, and partly sunny...but I guess this is April weather! :)
