One Lovely Blog Award

Greetings and Happy Friday to you, reader! The kind and talented Bethany of Liberty or Death nominated me for the One Lovely Blog Award last week, so today I'm sharing it with you - thanks Bethany! For this award, the blogger shares seven facts about themselves, then tags others.

Seven Random Facts About Paige:

1. I'm obsessive compulsive about having moisturized hands.
I know...once it's on the internet, there's no recanting this bizarre statement. It's true though. If at all possible, I put lotion on my hands right after washing them.

2. My first pets were goldfish.
The first couple of them didn't live long, but I had my last one for about ten years before he needed to be put out of his misery (long story).

3. Just over a year ago, I thought it would be weird to make friends via blogging.
Forget about what I thought was weird then. Making blog friends has been wonderful!

4. I am a chocolate snob.
Dark chocolate with real cacao is the only thing that really satisfies my chocolate cravings - it can't be too dark though. I like it around 65%.

5. The Middle Ages have fascinated me for eleven years.
Ah, those medieval days have interested me since I first studied them in elementary school. There is no way I would want to live in them though - it is much safer to look back on them!

6. I believe in dragons.
Yes, I'm going to be controversial. Dragons were dinosaurs. Dinosaurs (known by other names) are in the Bible. *gasp*

7. My birthday is this month.
On the ___ day of December I'll be turning 20, which is very strange and exciting. If any of you blogging friends  have a spare $10,000, check out my Pinterest fashion board and find a new outfit to give me........yeah, just kidding. ;)

I'd prefer not to tag anyone this time around because I just tagged several people last week and I know everyone is excruciatingly busy this time of year. If you are interested in completing this tag on your blog, please do so! Let me know if you decide to, that way I can see your fun facts! Enjoy!

  1. Enjoyed reading your facts, Paige! Thanks for doing the award!

I think you're right that there were dragons. The Bible mentions some creatures that certainly sound like them. I'm glad you decided to make blogging friends--and that you let me be one of them! :) And good for you, keeping your hands moisturized! I have the hardest time with mine in the winter.

    1. Yes, for sure! :)
Hee, yes, it can be hard. For me it's to the point that I feel very uncomfortable with freshly washed or dry hands (odd, I know!). :P

  2. Haha...dragons are even mentioned in the book of Revelation. So I definitely believe in their existence as well...It was a joy reading this, Paige! And thank you for nominating me on my blog....I'll definitely find some time to do it! :D

  3. I'm with you on the Medieval period! I love knights, dragons, heroic deeds and long dresses. That's one of the reasons I got into theater, is that I could imagine myself during that time, and make it back in time for dinner. :D

    2. Where in the world do you find those? I've heard a few bloggers talking about them.

    3. There are two in our area every autumn! :) They aren't very big, like I've heard some others are, but they have tournaments with jousting reenactors and most people wear costumes.
You should Google festivals in your area!
