A Rose by Any Other Name...

  How do you do, folks? Today I have a Valentine's Day outfit to share with you! This outfit saw me through a church potluck, a lavender latte, chocolate, and a movie called The Old Maid (how ironic of me). A girl likes to wear pink or red on V-Day, right?

   You may recall that I featured this new skirt in last week's Style School post. When searching for an outfit that day, I tried it with this graphic tee, but decided to save it for a day when I could style it differently. The rose-themed pairing ended up being just right for Valentine's day! I kept myself warm with a gray cardigan, and added embellishment with a time-keeping necklace. Heeled oxfords were the best shoe to finish my cute ensemble!

Outfit Details: Tee ~ Consignment Store; Skirt ~ Kohl's; Cardigan ~ Consignment or Thrift Store;
 Shoes ~ Payless; Necklace ~ Gift

   Yesterday I a tea party with my mom and some friends then a sleepover with a couple of sweet gals. Thus I have been a bit busy and sleep-deprived of late, not having time or energy to write a more in-depth post. Hopefully I can change that next week! In the meantime, it's time for me to get cracking on researching the final Style School post! Talk to you then. :)

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.  For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Oh, and it sounds like you had a delightful day...hopefully you can catch up on that sleep...I too feel somewhat sleep deprived. Mine is owing to staying up waaay too late watching Call the Midwife! 6. It sounds like you have been busy Paige!
    I really like your skirt--and your shoes, which I think I have commented on before. I'd love to find a pair of brown oxfords like those.
    I actually forgot that it would be Valentine's Day until Saturday and it never crossed my mind to purposefully wear pink or red. I did accidentally wear a hybrid though. It was sort of a wine color. :)
