Day Three of 1 Button-Down | 3 Days | 3 Ways

Well, it's safe to say that this is the most blogging I've done in a single week thus far! :) The Button-Down challenge has been a fun event. Not only have I found splendid ways to wear my new shirt, but have also been able to enjoy interaction with other bloggers. May the fun continue today! :)

Day three's outfit has a slightly preppy look to it - one has to incorporate that at some point when wearing J. Crew, right? ;) . My challenge shirt's sleeves are rolled over the sleeves of a cardigan that sports a similar shade to the top's brown stripes. Meanwhile, a dark denim skirt and brown boots give a simple and neutral base to the outfit. For a finishing touch, I'm wearing a cute hairband Mom made out of the same denim as the skirt!

If you've been participating in the challenge, I hope that you have been enjoying it as well. If not, perhaps now you have been inspired to give your button-downs more outings! Take a look the outfits of hostesses Olivia, The Boyer Family Singers, Ashley and Callie to find more looks to try. Many thanks to them for putting together this event! :) Have a beautiful rest of your weekend!
